Our preservation efforts lead us to restore the tin ceilings and exposed brick walls and create four separate spaces for our guests to enjoy. Vinology has a room for every mood.<P>Vinology was created with an extensive menu because we are as passionate about food as we are about wine. We believe in using quality ingredients that are fresh and unique to create wine friendly world cuisine. Our menu rotates seasonally with fun and inventive small plates, specialty artisan cheeses, traditional entrees with a nouveau twist, and house made desserts.
