Stephen and Mary each have 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Stephen began making pizza in the Capitola, California area at the early age of twelve. Mary began tending bar in a local club in New York state when she was eighteen.
Mary's career spans three states - New York, Florida and Washington. She has worked in many different types of restaurants. Her continuous growth in food and beverage knowledge even included a management position at a Seattle icon, the Space Needle.
Stephen actually worked at this location years ago and continues to serve the neighborhood for the past fifteen years. Mary says that "his cooking style is one of the best I have known in all my travels. As a neighborhood historian he knows exactly what our area needs. Great home cookin,' great portions, and affordable prices for the hard working people."
