Sofia's grandparents came from the picturesque village of Revo, in the Italian Alps. Located in the scenic Valley of Non, Revo is surrounded by spectacular views of the Dolomite Alps, as well as long-cultivated vineyards featuring locally famous wines. Caf Revo will reflect the friendly "hometown" ambiance and culinary tradition of this unique and beautiful area.
Chef Sean has visited Italy numerous times to study local food and wine, from Rome to Revo. He has literally cooked along side of local "experts," learning family recipes handed down from generations. Chef Sean is also experienced in the cuisine of our own Pacific Northwest, having been a chef in the Seattle area for 25 years. He is always looking for new and innovative ways of delighting the Northwest palate.
Chef Revo will welcome all of their guests as family, in a warm tradition of hospitality that has been handed down for centuries. The local motto is, Mangia, bevi e godi! "Eat, drink and enjoy!"
