Painstakingly gathered from a wide variety of kitchens in the South Asian region, Himalayan Cuisine's menu offers a unique dining experience, as exotic and enchanting as this fusion of Hindu and Buddhist cultures.<br><br>To whet your appetite, start off with their on-the-house papadam (paper-thin wafers made from pello lentils), with mint and tamarind sauce for dipping. Taste their momo (Tibetan dumplings made of minced meat, or just vegetables, and spices) and topped with savory tomato sauce. Or try their samosa (deep fried spiced mashed potato wrapped in flour pastry wrapping). <br>
