The Grille at Rough Hollow features Continental American style cuisine. We are located on the beautiful shores of Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. The Grille serves lunch and dinner year round. Chef Casey Simmons (former Executive Chef for Perry's Steakhouse ) will feature many of his acclaimed items from his background of working in fine steakhouses and the kitchens of Houston and Austin.
