The 8212 Wine Bar & Grill is the most recently added dining restaurant atBarton Creek Resort & Spa, located in the Texas Hill Country. Menuofferings include mouth-watering items such as the Roasted Butternut SquashBisque and Veal Nachos, as well as Texas traditional favorites like themember-inspired Coach Royal Chicken Sandwich. Of course any menu itempairs nicely with decadent dessert options such as the favorite Ice CreamDuo, a black cherry ice cream sandwiched between layers of dense chocolatealmond cake that is served with a cold cheesecake milkshake.The 8212 Wine Bar & Grill is open daily for lunch and dinner.

We currently have over 500 beers from around the world in house, with 15 of them being on draft. We pride ourselves on the fact that if a beer is distributed in the state of Texas, we can get it, or most likely, we already carry it! Our walk-in cooler consists of one door that holds all of our specialty, non-alcoholic drinks such as teas, sodas, and water. The next two doors consist of wine that is ready to drink. The last four doors are what we call our Create-Your-Own 6pk. Fion offers a full cheese menu that consists of about 15 different imported cheeses. Please refer to our menu for pricing and what currently is available. We also have wonderful desserts made in house by our dessert chef - selection varies daily, so see a server for details.
We have recently expanded to open a Bistro, and are currently serving dinner seven nights a week starting at 4pm. Our bar and late night menu is available after our dining room closes - call us if you're looking for late night food. Delivery is now available in the Steiner Ranch Community or along Quinlan Park Road.
We strive to open the public's eyes to the wonderful, exciting world of specialty beverages by allowing people to try an assortment of libations at an affordable price.
