<b>Rosie McCaffrey's Irish Pub</b> is owned by Seamus & Rosie McCaffrey. From Belfast, Ireland, Seamus is an Arizona pioneer who introduced Guinness to Phoenix many years ago via the back of a truck. Since then, he has owned three Irish bars in the Phoenix Area and has made a positive contribution to the community and its charities. Partial proceeds from many events at Rosie McCaffrey's go to local charities such as the Arizona Animal Welfare League and many others.
Located in her own building, Rosie McCaffrey's is the authentic Irish Pub in Phoenix, Arizona. Opening her doors in 2002, Rosie's provides a unique Irish atmosphere, and service to match, for our worldwide clientele. Rosie's only serves the finest in wet goods from all over the world, specializing in all available Irish and Scotch whiskeys, blended and single malts. With the same classic decor one would see in Ireland, Rosie's grand bar is custom made with the finest cherry and mahogany complemented with authentic stained and etched glass. Rosie's has received numerous awards throughout the years such as "Best Irish Pub" and "Best Fish & Chips" by the Arizona Republic and Phoenix New Times.
Our full service dining room serves our authentic Irish fare as well as American Classics. Rosie's "Harp Battered Fish-N-Chips" have been voted "Best in Phoenix" by The Phoenix New Times and AZCentral.com consecutively since 2002. Entertainment includes closed circuit televisions playing Irish and International sports, video games, and live entertainment on the main stage. We have live bands every Wednesday through Saturday Night starting at 9pm representing some of the best Irish bands in Phoenix. It all started in Sudbury, Ontario, in 1980 when Prime Restaurants of Canada Inc. opened their first Casey's restaurant. Since then, they have grown to over 150 restaurants that operate under five brand names across Canada including Casey's (Est. 1980), Pat & Mario's (Est. 1982), East Side Mario's (Est. 1987), Prime Pubs (Est. 1996), the Bier Markt (Est. 1998), and Prime Pubs of America (Est. 2007).

Tim Finnegan's is Phoenix, Arizona's newest traditional and authentic Irish pub. With a combination of superb decor, outstanding entertainment, exceptional food and genuine Irish hospitality, Tim Finnegan's is destined to please even the most selective customers.
The name Tim Finnegan's comes from the book Finnegans Wake, published in 1939, which was James Joyce's final novel. Following the publication of Ulysses in 1922, Joyce began working on Wake and by 1924 installments of the work began to appear in serialized form, first under the title "A New Unnamed Work" and subsequently as "Work in Progress." (The final title of the work remained a secret between the writer and his wife, Nora Barnacle, until shortly before the book was finally published.)
The seventeen years spent working on Finnegans Wake were often difficult for Joyce. He underwent frequent eye surgeries, lost long-time supporters, and dealt with personal problems in the lives of his children.
