The Bar @ Park 10
Korean
Clarke Quay 3B River Valley Road #01-14 Clarke Quay, Singapore
|
|
Park 10’s conception began as an idea. The idea was to create a restaurant serving good Korean cuisines as well as a selection of fresh Japanese sashimi appetizers. That simple idea then evolved to what is now Park 10 at Clarke Quay.
Some of the concepts are new. The first in Asia - a large charcoal barbeque pit situated in the center of the restaurant under the “Sumo Roofâ€, which is the exhaust. The reason for this is simple â€" to control the smoke and smell so that is does not get on your clothes. The design is a mixture of Korean and Japanese cultures while the food maintains the authenticity of each nation.
