Chef Ashraf travelled half the world as a cruise chef when he was 17. With his experience behind him, he decided to settle in Singapore and start his career as a Chef de Partie to Sous Chef at L'AigledOr at Duxton Hotel.
Though Amirah's Grill serves lunch and dinner, the restaurant stays open until they served the very last customer.

The Late Fehim Ozdemir was in the food business in 1973 establishing 'Site Lokantasi', a local restaurant and catering outlet in the heart of Istanbul.After much success had been achieved, the late Fehim Ozdemir deceased at the age of 49 years old in 1989.
His son Huseyin continue the legacy of a Father who, during his lifetime, constantly inroduced the genuine Turkish dish and satisfy the sensitive palate of the Turks.

Café Le Caire is more than just a restaurant. It is an Arabic cultural hub. The restaurant complex stretches over 33, 37 and 39 Arab Street as well as 4, 6 and 8 Haji Lane. The restaurant complex stretches from Arab Street to Haji Lane (the narrowest lane in Singapore.)
The complex, though connected as one, consists of different sections with different ambience to cater to the preferences of customers. There is the informal relaxed original setting, the open air concept, the quaint Haji Lane, the sofa lounge area, the air-conditioned upstairs dining room and the Al-Majlis room. All these sections allow customers to partake in different experiences in one visit.
