In the midst of bustling Suntec City in the year 2000, the history was written by two aspiring Switzerland trained local Chefs with the birth of Swiss Culture Restaurant, which cuisine and culture is usually synonymous with images of warm fireplaces and picturesque mountains.
Both successfully trained Chef from Shatec - they took a leap of faith and relocated to Switzerland for a greater international exposure of the hospitality sphere, various unique and culturally rich culinary styles, which lead to the birth of Swiss Culture Restaurant that serves popular dishes like Cheese, Olive-oil based and Chocolate Fondues.

Some of the restaurant’s signature dishes are; Raclette Cheese served with air-dried beef, Pan-fried Fresh Goose Liver, Australian Grain-fed Rib-Eye Steak, Slice Veal Zurich Style served with Roesti potato. The ever-popular classical dessert Crepe Suzette is prepared by the tableside and flamed with brandy right before the customers.
