I strive to create a comfortable environment in which to provide the best possible dining experience. I strive to use quality ingredients and prepare them with craftsmanship and care. I am using 100% cage free, cruelty free, hormone free eggs. The beef is Cascade natural free range. We use all Draper Valley chicken and turkey. The potatoes are organic German varieties from the Tilth certified farms Gean Theil, Joseph Oregon. I use trans fat free frier oil. I make our biscuits, hamburger buns, foccacia, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and desserts from scratch. Chef/Proprietor Christopher Pierce
