In 1959,The Rafagnin family established their first churrascaria in Southern Brazil,near the famous Iguassu falls. Olimpia and Philomena-the founder-created a service concept that fundamentally changed restaurant standards as we see them today. This concept became the foundation for Rafagnin's success. In the past five decades, Rafain expanded with more restaurants in Brazil and is now bow introducing this concept and traditions in United States.
