Catch Twenty-Three, a stylish seafood restaurant that infuses its creativity with flavorful Latin and Caribbean influences served up in a casual, upscale setting. Catch Twenty-Three was founded by Rob Wickner on September 18, 2002. Rob's formula for success has been on the basis of starting with quality food, taking a simplistic approach in preparation, and delivering it to our guest with an appealing presentation. This formula has been very successful for the restaurant, resulting with strong guest loyalty that has been building ever since.
Catch Twenty-Three, located in West Park Village in the community of Westchase, offers catches of the day featuring 'Certified Fresh Seafood' with a twist of Caribbean/Latin fusion cuisine such as a creamy garlic butter cilantro sauce or a spicy mango salsa. We also offer booths and tables, separate lounge, outside seating, open hearth kitchen, full bar and wine list, online or call ahead reservations, children's menu, wheelchair accessible, and most of all, excellent dining for a moderate price.

The original owner "Paul" would give the fisherman beer for their trips. In return, the fisherman would bring Paul fresh fish, shrimp or items from the sea. This type of relationship would build the foundation of Paul's Shrimp House.
