We buy organically grown vegetables whenever possible and insist on buying only farm fresh produce.
Our signature chile rubbed beef brisket and whole hog BBQ are slow cooked overnight (10+ hours) using a blend of N.C. hickory wood. Every morning, our pit masters load up fresh, local chickens, turkeys, pork ribs and sausage to make sure you have fresh, hot, tender barbecue all day long.
