Shenandoah at the Arbor is owned and operated by Rick and Jill Wilson, the original owners of Shenandoah Caf, which was located in Long Beach for over 21 years. October of 1983 Shenandoah Caf opened in Naples on Naples Plaza, one year later Shenandoah moved down the street a couple of miles to a larger location on 2nd street in Belmont Shore. Shenandoah Caf closed its doors on May 31, 2005.
On July 28, 2003, Rick and Jill opened Shenandoah at the Arbor at 10631 Los Alamitos Blvd. in Los Alamitos, Calif.
Shenandoah is famous for their hot apple fritters, a complimentary appetizer served immediately to all who chose to dine there. American regional cuisine is what you will find on the menu, at lunch and dinner. Lunch favorites include San Antonio Chicken Sandwich, Texas Fried Chicken Salad, and BBQ Chicken Quesadilla. Dinner Highlights are Cajun Rib Eye, Galveston Pasta, Baby Back Ribs, Sand Dabs, and on Friday and Saturday nights, Hickory Smoked Prime Rib.
In July of 2005, Shenandoah at the Arbor was featured on Elmer Dills dining spot on channel 7.
Shenandoah at the Arbor is located in Arbor Village, which is also the home of Elementals , a home dcor shop & florist with inspirations from European country homes and gardens, Flags with a Flair , a unique flag, gift & garden Shoppe, Oodles, a woman's boutique, and Healing Gardens Retreat.
Shenandoah at the Arbor is a favorite spot for special occasions, including bridal & baby showers, birthday celebrations, anniversary celebrations, and retirement dinners. Our wine list is subject to change. Please check back! We look forward to meeting you!
