The imported Italian wood burning stove emits such dishes as whole market fish and incredible crisp Tuscan style pizzas. To keep customers hooked, f.i.s.h. changes 50% of their menu monthly. Those market specials are comprised of offerings unique to these waters. For the land lover, there is a diverse selection of meat items.
The carefully chosen wine selections are based on their unique styles and compatibility with f.i.s.h.'s menu. A majority of the list is from small boutique wineries, selected for their distinctiveness, and are highly allocated.

Built in the early 1800's as a cotton mill,The Olde Stone Mill remains remarkably unaltered on the west bank of the Bronx River, which once moved the mighty water wheel that powered this ancient plant. Built in the Georgian style of architecture, European settlers utilized coarse fieldstone for the structure.
In 1853, The Olde Stone Mill was converted to manufacture rubber products. Lasting for nearly three quarters of a century, it ultimately produced rubber rain coats for World War I soldiers.
In 1925, A British-American pharmaceutical company purchased the factory site. Shortly after, medical drug manufacturing became a leading industry in Tuckahoe.

Located in the heart of historic Oyster Bay, Fiddleheads has always been a mainstay of upscale seafood since it's opening in 1998. Entering its 10th year under the new ownership of Bernie DelBello, the colorful restaurant still stresses seafood but does so with an imaginative new American accent under Executive Chef David Glatzerman.
Bernie, who has 28 years experience in the restaurant business (mostly as an owner previously of Newport Grill & Walk Street in Garden City) is a graduate of the prestigious Denver University of Hotel Restaurant Management, Denver CO. Together He and David are working to bring the highest quality dishes to the table. Everything is prepared in-house, including the desserts. Freshness and seasonality are stressed in the culinary creations as they are working to bring in locally grown produce and organic meat and fish. Non-seafood eaters fear not! The offerings include a grilled marinated flat iron steak, and a Hickory Crusted Loin of Pork to name a few.
But it doesn't stop with the food. The extensive wine list has choices to fit all tastes without mortgaging the house both by the bottle and glass, featuring some hard to find, hand-picked wines with an emphasis on Long Island and California wines. If wine doesn't do it for you we have a list of tempting martinis like our famous Pomegranate or Tequilatini.
