Welcome to Caf 787, a Pan-Boriken (bo-rin'ken) unique dining experience. Here at Caf 787 our goal is to enjoy meeting people and enjoy satisfying the palates of our customers with our Chefs Latin culinary skills. Our dishes are prepared seasoned to taste and cooked at a simmer to flavor. Our dishes are created using recipes influenced from our native Caribbean Island Puerto Rico. Puerto Rican food is a combination of all those influences that had migrated to the island. Our flavor is just as unique as any other around the world. With all do due respect the locals know our food as "la cocina criolla" (Creole food). We strive to bring this rich and brilliant taste of history to you today.
