Marley's restaurant invites you to escape into their tropical hideaway. The menu is an eclectic assortment of items with specials that change seasonally. The food is based on the highest quality and freshness of products. All menu items are made in house and made to order. Come and enjoy our 26 oz Marleyrita on Oakland Beach. Fireworks are seen over the water throughout the summer. Sit at the Tiki bar and enjoy a cold beer and something from the raw bar. Marley's will accommodate any function you might have; birthdays, graduations, weddings. Marley's is based on an idea that came to the minds of New Jersey natives Paul and Dana Dabrowski. They opened the first Marley's on Thayer Street in Providence, RI in august of 2008. The restaurant is named after their Siberian Husky, Marley.

Tina loves cooking and decided to see if she could open a restaurant dedicated to traditional, home cooked Jamaican food. After searching for a year for a location, Tina chose a one-table restaurant, with four chairs and a take out window, in Providence, Rhode Island. Customers began to flock to Tina's and soon she had a few more tables on the sidewalk where folks would congregate to chat and enjoy their Jamaican fare.
When Tina's Jamaican Restaurant outgrew its original location, it moved to a larger building and then to its current 223 Atwells Avenue, Providence, RI location.
Tina's specialty is curried foods and jerk, all home prepared, home style, from scratch. Tina's Jamaican Caribbean Restaurant does a great deal of catering including servicing homeless shelters for Thanksgiving and other special meals. When Hurricane Ivan devastated the Caribbean, Tina spearheaded a drive to gather thirty barrels of donated clothing and food, plus money, to send to the devastated countries.
Insider's Tip: Tina's cooks grate their own coconut to make coconut milk for their recipes. Only fresh ingredients are used at Tina's.

The idea for Marley's Restaurant was conceived in the minds of New Jersey natives Paul and Dana Dabrowski. While sitting by the stove cooking up a batch of vegetarian chili, they decided it was time to shock the restaurant world by opening a place unlike any other in the Rhode Island area. After struggling over names and locations, Dana asked Paul to bring their Siberian Husky some food. After watching the dog take a few bites of food, a sly smile on Paul's face appear, Marley barks at him and they agree Marley's Restaurant is born!
