After 10pm, the Old Bay transforms itself into a sophisticated nightspot with outrageous drink promotions and the best live entertainment in central New Jersey. We occupy the former National Bank of New Jersey constructed in 1857. The interior design of the restaurant was a result of numerous trips to New Orleans, and countless hours of conceptual, layout, and architectural work. In 2004, the interior of The Old Bay was completely renovated with additional bar seating and a decor that reminds one of Mardi Gras!

But her warm personality is the result of her roots, which are firmly planted in the South, specifically, New Orleans, which is renowned for its distinctive Creole fare. Marsha Brown was raised and educated in Louisiana, where she turned her love of Southern cuisine into a fulltime job.
