Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Wanwaeow Ratanataya came to New Jersey in 1999. Trained by a 5 star chef from one of the most luxurious hotels in Bangkok, Thailand. Dusit Thani, Benjarong room (Royal Thai Cuisine), she developed her signature style of thai cookery. When people think of Thai food, they think "Spicy" but that is only part true. In reality, Thai cuisine consists of the perfect balance of five fundamental flavors in each dish.
