PI Pizzeria Wine Bar is Adam's Morgan answer to the traditional brick oven pizzeria. Pi uses a charcoal oven to prepare its gourmet style pizzas and pastas, and provides a menu stocked with other traditional Italian staples. All dishes are made with locally grown, hand made, and simple ingredients; a process dubbed as "slow-food," that supports local farmers and produce, and is predominately organic, vegetarian, and vegan. PI's split-level venue infuses an eclectic, retro vibe on the bottom level with a more contemporary bistro style social lounge on the upper level.
