Piecasso's owner, Eduardo Rovetto, learned the pizza business at a young age from his parents, Quinto and Rosa, both originally from Sicily. Ed grew up working at his parents' and uncles' shops in upstate New York. The pizza business has always been a family tradition in the Rovetto family.
Ed decided to bring traditional, hand-tossed, great tasting pizza to Stowe, Vermont in December of 2000. The Piecasso family thrived in its tiny location at the Gale Farm Center in Stowe for over 5 years. Due to his success there, Ed decided to buy the old Grill 108 building across the street and expand Piecasso into a full restaurant, bar, and lounge. The result: Piecasso Pizzeria & Lounge, which opened February 8, 2006. Piecasso is a fun place filled with modern style, eclectic music, and great vibes. Come visit and enjoy traditional New York style pizza, authentic Sicilian pastas, fresh seafood, fine wines, fun martinis, and Vermont micobrews. Try the locals' favorites: the great assortment of slice pie offerings, fried calamari, garlic knots, the daily fish sandwich special, or the fabulous Treehugger pizza.

Introduction into the restaurant business began when the Segreto Family purchased the Inn in 1975. They offered family style dinners to their guests. Now, more than two decades later, those dinners have evolved into a ninety seat restaurant serving Northern and Southern Italian specialties. Our full service bar features an extensive Italian wine list. Guests are welcome to dine in the restaurant or at the bar. In addition to our regular service, we're happy to host your special function.
The Foxfire Inn and Restaurant combines the Italian art of eating and the New England tradition of hospitality. Whether you're looking for a fabulous dinner or simply a place to rest your head, we look forward to your visit.

Positive Pie 2 offers hand tossed pizza, fresh made pasta, a full bar and live music in an eclectic lounge setting.
My vision for Positive Pie 2 is simple and two fold. My first intention was to design a creative space and venue in central Vermont for people to enjoy great music, entertainment, New York Style pizza and authentic Sicilian pasta dishes. Second, inspired by my wife Melissa, was to provide a fresh, friendly, positive experience and atmosphere for all employees and patrons. Hence the name Positive Pie!
We also make an effort to add a little spiritual light to everything we do which is why you'll see the restaurant decorated with crystals, Buddha, various woodwork and stone objects.
Our mission here at Positive Pie 2 is to express our passion for great food, great energy, incredible customer service, and promote a high level of integrity around our business. We do this by constantly working on our product and consistency, working towards a team goal, and by encouraging our employees to look inside themselves for answers.
