With over 30 years in the food service industry, our family's dream was to be able to deliver a total Caribbean experience to our customers. Much care has gone into the design of this restaurant space that we would like to share with you and much love has gone into the preparation of our food. When a patron walks into our doors we want them to be welcomed by a cross section of the things that are representative of the rich culture and beauty of the island. When they walk out they will feel like they have taken a little holiday. In addition to providing high quality ethnic food, this restaurant will also enrich the surrounding community by sponsoring cultural events, and enrichment. These evens will not only entice customers but it will also serve to build lasting relationships with the members of the Caribbean Community and others in the surrounding areas
There will be five ways a customer can make a purchase; 1) They may purchase food choices at the counter and sit at a table in the general dining area. 2) They can choose to take out their selections. 3) They may call ahead so that their choices are ready for them when they arrive at the eatery. 4) They can shop; we will offer items that the consumer can take home to prepare. 5) The Executive Lunch Delivery program- delivering to your office for lunch meetings or special occasions.

"I think that the main thing that separates Island Quizine from other Jamaican/Caribbean places is this one has actual Caribbean chefs preparing the food. Many of the other Caribbean restaurants have food prepared by folks who just like to cook Caribbean food and many do well, but these folks are food cultured so they are able to combine other flavors and experiences in their food. They serve a dish called 'Reggae Pasta'hats off.!
