Here at ICHIBAN we take pride in our oversized sushi bar, cocktail bar, and huge lounge area. 50" plasma TV screens are in each of the restaurants areas so you're never going to miss the game.
From open to close we're rockin' the latest contemporary down tempo & lounge music. You're bound to catch tunes by Miguel Migs, Aquanote, Blue Six and the rest of the Naked Music arsenal of artists.
The sushi bar can seat 25 people, giving everyone a shot at watching sushi being prepared right in front of your eyes. Our lead sushi chef loves to talk shop and you'll inevitably leave with a first hand education about sushi. Don't be shy, ask as many questions as you can, these guys live for this stuff!
Our cocktail bar features only premium liquors. That means no Monarch or Potters here. Stoli is as bad as it gets at ICHIBAN. Depending on when you come in, you might experience some impressive flare bartending. He travels all over the west coast to take part in bartending competitions and has a trophy collection to back him up. He can pour your entire group shots at the same time. Go ahead, test his skills.
You will witness the finest cocktails in Spokane carefully put together by our bartendars. Already becoming known as the "artisan bartenders" , you won't ever see more effort going into each and every drink to make sure it's as good as it gets. Oh yeah, make sure you try out the Berry Mojito, its killer!
