The Alliance Hotel Spring Hill The Alliance Hotel has been closed for several years now, but will re-open on the 1st December 2008, with a name change. It will be called “320 On Leichhardt”. The Hotel has undergone a major refurbishment to bring her back to her former with some slightly modern twist. On the second floor a restaurant will be located that will seat up to 85 people. In attendance is our Chef de Cuisine who has catered for chef for world dignitaries and European Royal families. Mains in the restaurant will not exceed $30.00. So very affordable satisfaction guaranteed. The street level bars will serve a selection of high teas from 2pm daily, and the bars are open serving coffee and drinks from 8.00am. The Cellar has a wine bar that seats 40 people and a night venue that holds 150 people. We can hold functions all over the Hotel for up to 200 people as well as outside catering and we can bring a full bar, DJ set-up and audiovisual. The feel of the hotel is warm and homely.

We love the buzz of a busy breakfast and make every effort to extend our hospitality to all. It is best to come early for breakfast, after 9am a small wait of 5-10 minutes for a table is possible. Bookings for lunch and dinner are welcome. It is essential to book a table for Friday and Saturday nights. Due to the small and busy nature of the café, once confirmed, we strongly advise you to notify us of any changes to your booking time or numbers.
