The intricate details of the business have been carefully examined by focusing on a broad spectrum of similar businesses that operate along similar lines within Tasmania, interstate and internationally. The explosion of the “coffee and café culture” demonstrates the need for new and contemporary food options for Launceston’s consumer market, along with the increase of tourist numbers within the north of the state. Brookfield Vineyard

Brookfield Vineyard is situated 20 minutes south of Hobart. The Heritage shed has been transformed into a comfortable but still rustic eating and meeting place. Has plenty of indoor cosy corners and outdoor sheltered areas. The food is homestyle cooked at the Vineyard using our own herbs and seasonal fruit & vegetables. We have soft fruity Pinot Noir and refreshing Chardonnay vines surrounding the vineyard and supplying us with our boutique Brookfield wine as well as a wonderful green canopy.
