Chef/Owner Erick Cabelloro's vision is elegant comfort food with a Latin twist. Enjoy dinner items such as the Traditional Pork Chop marinated and served bone in over cilantro hash and finished with a fruit compote of dried cherries, apricots and Black Mission Figs. Or Cilantro Chicken with mushrooms and scallions tossed in a Chipotle Cream sauce served over Cilantro Polenta.
After dinner Pan y Vino offers free Merengue dance lessons on Wednesday Nights and Salsa dance lessons on Friday nights from 9 - 10 p.m. and dancing until 2. Saturdays, dancing from 10 p.m. until 2.
