Dusit Thani, Benjarong room (Royal Thai Cuisine), she developed her signature style of thai cookery. When people think of Thai food, they think "Spicy" but that is only part true. In reality, Thai cuisine consists of the perfect balance of five fundamental flavors in each dish.
