Tell us a little about yourself:
Successful business owner; involved in charitable work, too. Avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan, but not rabid. Enjoy sports: skiing, cycling, running, hiking. Enjoy conversations that range from history and politics to what you like to talk about. Prefer to talk about things, ideas, and concepts. Not into people gossip. I'm told that I am a romantic. I suppose that's true. I like to treat all people with rspect, but somehow, it seems to me that a special woman deserves special attention. I can be passionate about a variety of things, especially if it is a caring woaman.
My turn-ons and what I’m looking for in a person:
I love being with a lady. If you don't have a defintion for the word, then you must not be one. If you are, then you know the difference between sensuous and sexy. I like both, but sensuous always comes first. A lady is comfortable knowing that she is admired by men and women. Ladies speak, dress, and carry themselves in a way that is special. Yes, they can be sensuous, sexy, and erotic; but never overtly. If we can just be friends at first, that's cool. If it leads to other things, that would be nice; if it's right for both of us, that is. I have always been comfortable in couple conversations and conversations with women. Nope, not gay. Red-blooded American male. I have a diversity of opinions and appreciate the same in others. The ability to ask a great question and get a great answer is tantamount to great conversations and friendships. Their should be a level of intimacy that includes being fun, adventurous partners in great sex.
My favorite restaurants, local hangouts, or travel destinations:
Chianti, Il Fornio, any place that serves great seafood (that isn't catfish!) any real deli, Mona's, Palamino. I really like good food; burhers and dogs to gourmand.
My favorite music:
Jazz, good rock (!?) clasical
My favorite pets or animals:
My black lab, Abbie and my tiger cat, Zorro
Here are a few more of my favorite things:
Lobster, just boiled with a side of steamers. People who are comfortable in their own skin. People who want to be friends and are willing to work at it.
Here are some things I could do without!
Putting on airs; just be yourself!
