Tell us a little about yourself:
I'm very attracted to a combination of intelligence, femininity and creativity in a lady. I'm a man of patience, sense of humour, artistic creativity, an independent thinker and more. I'm an unpretentious persuer of true democracy in life. I have strong musical tastes based on traditional country music and do a lot of songwriting and singing when inspired.
I've always had strong artistic skills and interests and am a great lover of history with an automotive specialty. This led me to restore an old car which is now an award winner.
I also have comedy movie acting experience and am persuing an acting career.
Smoking is a big turn off to me as are extroverted women. As a sensitive Cancerian type. I need similar qualities in a woman.

My turn-ons and what I’m looking for in a person:
A combination of intelligence, creativity and sensitivity would attract me like a magnet to a lady. Good looks are important, of course, but don't matter to me without the personality traits I seek,
My turn-offs and traits I avoid from a potential partner:
I can't stand the self centred, non sensitive type who would forget such things as my birthday.
My favorite restaurants, local hangouts, or travel destinations:
I can be found hanging out around magazine racks, just checking out the latest old car magazines, sometimes in the library, sometimes at garage sales, flea markets and old car shows.
I;d like to see the rest of Canada and the U.S. before anyplace else.
My favorite music:
A big thing with me. Give me early rock and roll, rythem & blues and classic country along with combinations of all.Good music is tough to find, these days.
My favorite Books and Authors:
I collect books on various makes of cars, mostly domestic, and local history books. I have just about every book on Vancouver ever written. But there isn't one author who I look for more than another.
My favorite movies:
American Graffitti is still a big favourite of mine. The Peter Sellers Pink Panther comedies are another.
My favorite TV Shows:
I have several favorite, totally inspirational comedy favorites starting with The Honeymooners, The Andy Griffith Show, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Faulty Towers.No one knows how to write a funny TV script like those anymore, it seems. But I still watch a little Jeapordy and the news.
My favorite pets or animals:
I"m pretty much a dog lover although I'd be afraid of the vet bills.
Here are a few more of my favorite things:
Effective communication. I like to write, act, sing and express myself. Listening to my favourite music, driving my old Model A Ford, eating my favourite foods, usually fresh fruits, berries and nuts, good comedy , sunny weather, making money working for myself.
Here are some things I could do without!
High density housing, Chinese made toys, telephone solicitors, spam, Jehova's Witnesses, poor service of any kind, arrogant bad attitudes,
smoking of any kind, drugs, the Harminus Sales Tax, the GST, lying politicians.
