Tell us a little about yourself:
I have the characteristics of a quiet, patient, observant, loving, friendly, caring, compassionate, calm, warm and a good listener. I am good in small quieter settings than in loud settings as I have an interest to what others have to say to me. My paternal lineage is of Greek Sephardic Jewish background and my maternal lineage is of English/Irish background. I have been in the process of conversion Judaism class since 5769 CE. According to my rabbi, I will be finally converted in June 2010. I am looking for a Jewish potential gentleman only for friendship, dating, and possibly marriage. Thank you.
I speak these languages:
English and little Hebrew.
My turn-ons and what I’m looking for in a person:
I prefer a Jewish gentleman who has the qualities of patience, friendliness, compassionate, passionate about life, warm, gentle but also firm when need be, and attentive to his friends whom he speaks with in groups and one on one situations. Also, I prefer that his children are already in their adulthood or at least, in college.
My turn-offs and traits I avoid from a potential partner:
People that are impatient, loud, unfriendly, untouchable, and not good listeners.
My favorite restaurants, local hangouts, or travel destinations:
Chinese Buffet, Cici's Pizza, Golden Corral, Starbuck Cafe at Barnes N Noble, Ziggy's (Jewish), Pappagaos (Mexican), and Greek restaurant.
Travel destinations: Of all the travel that I have done in the mid 1990s...my favorite places were Estes Park, Colorado Springs and LaVeta, Colorado; Sedona and Pine, Arizona; and Kerrville, Texas. The only out of country vacation site that I have visited when I was a teenager was Belize (Central America) and visited Mayan Ruins.

Big Band era, my Dad's performances with his various bands, Symphonies, Concerts, Rock N Roll era, Broadway musicals, Jewish and Greek music.
My favorite Books and Authors:
Chumash, Jewish authors of various Judaism studies, biographies of Jewish people, National Geographic magazines, basic Hebrew Language books, Jerusalem Newspaper, science fiction and romance.
My favorite movies:
Star Trek series, Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, The Ten Commandments (Charleston Heston) and The Ten Commandments Musical (Val Kilmer), Stargate, Indiana Jones, Kate and Leopald, Wolverine,X-Men and Dancing With Wolves.
My favorite TV Shows:
Stargate, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe, Dancing with the Stars, Hallmark movies
My favorite pets or animals:
Dogs, cats and horses.

I am converting to Conservative Judaism under Congregation Shaar HaShalom's Rabbi Stuart Federow. I have been active participating with my shul every week. I am also born with nerve deafness and wear hearing aids. However, I speak and hear quite well for one that has a profound loss both in person and by phone conversations. Thank you.
