January 02, 2012 from Kata2 Prague I think the best paces to party are in the center, further from center are usually just some venue places, bars and pubs, not really anything too good, or at least i havent heard about anything :) And even in the center you can find a lot of places (usually smaller ones) where is not so many tourists. For example N11 - lot of foreigners, but usually the ones who live in Prague, then Popocafepetl and all those clubs with just czech music, just as Meloun. From the bigger ones I would say the most "without tourist place" is Futurum. Just avoid places like Lucerna music bar, Karlovy Lazne or Mecca - its always full of tourists!!

May 22, 2011 from Spain79   Prague A nice one is in close to Narodni Trida, just heading down the street that crosses narodni to the oldtown. it is called u medvidku. As cheap and very interesting, by the river between legit most and karluv most (Smetanovo Nab.) there is a beer garden called Kristian Marco, always live music, and just inches away from the river. Lovely place in summer. If u are wondering in oldtown square, just a few steps away in front of the spanish sinagogue is Kolkovna. Not so cheap, and a bit crowed of tourist, but the food is very good. I usually prefer Olimpya, is from the same franchise but is in mala strana just after crossing Legit most, you find it in a big corner. Then finally close to Namesti Republiky is Tlusta Koala, just in the street to the left of Narodni Banka building. It deserves going in....just beware of the wine. Is australian, not so great. i hope it helps. :)

I visited praha on march 2010 and ll go there this year also.Its overdrunk men was so comic and i recorded them to the cam.:)One of them was vomitting in the bus no:133 while we were mowing our hotel.

it's a wonderful country. people have a passion for beauty and grow beautiful plants. cars let passers-by cross the road. it's a country with clear streets and friendly people. The Czechs are the best bicyclists and the best drivers, they love speed but drive carefully.

Most of them are maniacs (check out the average numbers of pedestrians killed per million of population) It's about 3 times higher than the UK. As for letting people cross the road... PML
