Next go into the "Tools" dropdown menu in the window and select "Folder Options" - Click the "View" Tab on top of the window that opened - Under the Advanced Settings part of the window that's open there should be something that says "Hidden Files and Folders" in the scroll down menu with two options below it - (If not already selected) Select "Do not show hidden files and folders" - Hit "Apply" then "Okay" - Your selected files should now be hidden from view. Hope that helps

I have to break this up into two parts because of the character limits for posting. Missy - If you're just talking simple hidden so no one can see them then go: Right click on file you want to hide (For multiple Files, hold Ctrl, select the multiple files, then right click on one of them) - select properties - check the box under "Attributes" that's labeled "Hidden" - Click Apply and then Okay.

If you are using windows XP make sure your account has a password. Go to control panel accounts. Go to your login and select private, this will lock everything in your profile. Other users will not be able to access your files. Make sure you admin rights on your account as well. Make sure data you want kept private is in your documents and settings and not shared or root directory

There is multiple varations of software that you can learn quickly, to start grab onto the 3d Animation software and Macromedia Suite or 3d studio max, and to blend them into a cool dvd format use Adobe Premier, I have used these products for quit someitme and find them excellent especially if your using dual monitors

For the burning of CD's if you have XP you can use that. Copy the files you want, and then paste it in to the cd drive icon. XP comes with Nero Light.
