make sure its saved as on nstf file system and set doc premissions on it by right clicking the doc and going to properties there should be a tab for secruity also if you burn the disk with something unrelated and then tell teh burning software to lock the disk no one can edit it not even you

well anything written on cd is cannot b edited on cd itself if one had 2 edit its contents thenhe had 2 copy the document on the system and then he can edit it or otherwise he can also over write it therefore no need of panic go ahead pal.

My friend, anythimg saved on a CD can not be edited unless a copy is got from it 2 a flash,floppy diskette or into the internal Hard drive of the computer.

Sid, There are such things as rewriteable CD's so the ability to correct a text on CD's is possible under the about type CD. All I read was the guy saved something to a CD but if he used a write once then you an others are correct that He has to copy it to another form to make corrctions.

Just go to your files sincronization,that's if you're using windows xp, and have your file lock with an password so nobody can open it unless it have your password. Another thing is just go to *** and download the program. i hope this can solve your problem, good luck.

Make sure that you are using Nero 7 and just follow the instrucctions you will see all you can do with this program of Nero 7. oh, make sure not to record it with the multiseccion, in order to be saved and nobody will be able to write or edited at all.
