How bout cupcakes?? YUMMMMMM ...different colours, decorations, fillings (blueberry, raspberry, or alcohol based...or how bout cheese cake cupcakes???? yummmmmmmmmmmmmm) I wish Starbucks had bigger cupcakes ... I was thinking cupcakes only because they are easy to serve and quick to pick up for customers on the run in the morning...is there such a thing as a diabetic friendly cupcake or how bout gluten free cupcakes?? Cupcakes are also a cute way to celebrate a birthday...one per person and the birthday person can have a specialty candle on theirs: ) Hope that helps you, let me know if you try it out! ))))

basic chocolate cheese cake

on Jan 10, 2013:
Need: 1: 9 inch spring form pan 2: 3-8oz. Packages cream cheese at room temp. 3: 1/3 cup of sugar 4: 1 teaspoon of vanilla 5: 3 eggs 6: crumb choice (recommended gram crackers) 7: 8 ounces of preferred chocolate. 8: 3-4 teaspoons of butter (more or less) Crush gram crackers and put it in pan with melted butter. Press crumbs to bottom and sides of pan. In a bowl mix Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Next melt chocolate and add to cream cheese mixture. A one egg at a time while mixing. Preheat oven at 325.(gives cake mix time to settle) Poor cream cheese mixture into pan. When oven is preheated, put cake in and cook for 1 hour. After one hour turn oven off and leave cake in oven to cool down to prevent it from collapsing. After pan is cooled down place it in the refrigerator for 5 more hours...yes no joke 5 hours.....after that you can enjoy your cheese cake. I hope you enjoy it and the recipe is very flexible so change what you want i.e. sugar...crust...flavor (from chocolate to whatever) Enjoy and happy eating... P.S. don't forget the whip cream :-)

Press edges together with fingers, to seal, flute edges. Cut slits on top of each empanada, brush with egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
