I hate cooking>>>>

Let me clarify that, I hate cooking for one. I'm a busy female in the Dallas area who would love to meet a hot guy that can cook. Too much to ask? I know that's usually an item women bring to the "table". But times are changing, right?
love it

I am a single mother of two who loves to cook. I love italian food and am looking for a good seafood pasta dish. I would also like to try new meatball ideas.

Strawberry Champagne Risotto (continued)

Heat the 4 tablespoons of butter in a heavy saucepan. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Next add the strawberries and cook until soft. Add the rice and stir until it is well coated with the butter. Begin to add the champagne 1/2 cup at a time, and stir continually over medium heat until it is absorbed. Once you have used up all the champagne, start to add 1/2 cup of hot water or broth, stirring as it is absorbed. Continue in this manner, adding ladles full of hot broth, and stirring continuously for about 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked, but remains slightly firm to the teeth.Remove from the heat, add the remaining butter and the parmesan cheese. Serve, offering additional cheese if you prefer....Enjoy taste of Meditterenean! Buon Appetito!!

Heat a large pot of salted water for the pasta, and while you are waiting prepare the sauce. In a medium pan, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the onion, red pepper and zucchini and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook a minute or two more. Add the wine, sun-dried tomato, olives, capers, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes if using, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Add the chopped basil and parsley and mix. Drain the pasta,Add the sauce and cook over medium high heat stirring constantly for a couple of minutes until piping hot Serve with grated Parmeasan Cheese. Buon Appetito!

Simple Dish. Can be frozen in small containers. ready for use. Anytime. ideal for Pasta or warm Salad dishes. Start by Add the garlic to the food processor and mince. Next, add the basil leaves, pine nuts, and a dash of salt and pepper to the bowl of the processor. While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in olive oil through the feed tube until all the ingredients are pureed. place in containers freeze or use fresh. Better than buying. Enjoy!
