And using fresh produce instead of canned. And watch what you are cooking closely to make sure it does not get over cooked.

RE: better in cooking August 03, 2011 from AuburnAm13   Kansas City I started off as a box chef (cooking meals from box dinners like hamburger helper than adding my own ingredients) You need to taste things as you go to decide if you like the combinations of flavors. You may want to start with easy things you can do like egg recipes. Check the local Goodwill or other surplus stores for recipe books.
