Cajun is a spice which is used for either chicken or fish. It is not a dish. Try grilling fish with cajun spice...simply delicious.

There are many different ways to make cornbread, but they all have extra ingredients. None taste like the good old school cornbread that seem to come out great every time. Well here's the recipe to get that taste. Or, at least something similar... Ingredient 1 cup yellow cornmeal 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup milk 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup oil 1 tbsp baking powder 1 egg 1 tbsp butter Steps Preheat the oven to 400ºF, grease pan with butter (Bottom and sides). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil and butter Pour wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until batter is moist and lumpy. Pour the batter into pan and bake until the toothpick in the center comes out clean (25 minutes average) Let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan and letting it cool completely on the cooling rack.
