Most people take out a favorite recipe book and then get all the ingredients and put it in a pot and when there done they give it a taste test and they wonder what went wrong!!!! Do you want to know what went wrong" I'll tell you what went wrong , They failed to use the most important cooking tool they have, I'm not talking about pots and pans or kitchen utensils of course we do need them, I'm being symbolic, at this point you're probably asking yourself what this guy talking about" okay I'll tell you but first need to tell you about Michael Angelo we all know him as a famous artist wadeell when he painted the 16 chapels do you think he just threw the paint on the ceiling know he didn't he pondered over it and then he made his own brushes and mixed his own paint colors than with charcoal he sketched out all the wonderful features on the ceilings then proceeded to fill them in with all the wonderful collars that he personally chose so where did Michael Angelo momentous visionary drive to paint the 16 chapels, come from! It came from his great love for beauty yes he was passionate and you must become passionate in your endeavour to create a wonderful meal, So a passion is the first tool what's the second tool? Unwavering love, what's the third tool? Your tongue with its many taste buds and what's the most important tool? Patients, So when you're cooking be like Michael Angelo. PS if you think I am passionate about cooking you should see me with the ladies.
