Here is the receipt of quiche For 4 people. 1kg baking flour 20g fine salt 150g buttermelted 50ml of water U mix everything and keep it in refrigerator. After half an hour u move it. Out and add more 750gm of cold butter. With another 100gm of baking flour use to pastry together.u add 1kg of small cut Ham or Bacon meat add prrsil or spices to taste. About half an hour in oven n

U should mix ham with half litre of fresh cream. And put it on ur round pasted dough. Bonne apetit. Bien sure.
