Glass Drilling

I'm making a lamp and have the kit, vase, and lamp shade I just need to drill two holes one at the top and one on the sides. Would appreciate any advice. THX

Just but it behind the head of the nail and give it a tap of a hammer, when it has got a grip of the nail head, put a small peace of plywood between the plaster board and the remover and pull till the nail till it is out.
