I had back pain so bad as I have disc degeneration and I went to a major hospital did some relaxation and tried to think differently about my pain it was ruling my life I got a tens machine and that helped I seem to use it nearly everyday. The main thing was to keep moving and I just have a day now and then that it is bad now I use a hot pack when in a lot of pain and try to rub some deep heat or flexal on it when bad at night.I live in Western Australia

Please Don't Judge Me Before You Know Me

I was born with cerebral palsy and scoliosis. When I was 12, I had a surgery to fix the curve in my spine and to straighten my legs. Although, every since I had that surgery, I wasn't able to walk like I used to. Therefore, I am now in a wheelchair. I have been in a wheelchair for almost eighteen years now. But does that stop from doing what I want to do? No, because I'm not paralyzed, I still do what I want to do, I still do what I have to do, and I graduate from college in six more months.

The most difficult part is that I am the foremost leading Hairologist I know of,I have thousands of pages and thousands of hours of tapes explaining in detail how important hair is to the human body, and mind,One can lower their heart rate, gain physical strength by simply stopping shaving. There are many "psychological" aspects too,I haven't been able to convince much of anyone about what is as obvious to me as the sun rising in the east.

I suppose I too am "disabled"what with the "osteoarthritis" hypothyroidism and whatnot, the "doctors" for the most part write perscriptions, their "bedside manner" is nonexistent, they the doctors process the patient like a processing plant for disease. zero caring less than zero they're afraid of sickness.

You would be a great candidate for CAM= complimentary alternative medicine. Doctor is still around, just not your #1 go to guy. Massage greatly improves the ill effects of osteoarthritis!! Massage techs are the first line of defense in health care.We fix what's wrong, not write prescriptions for drugs that only MASK the problem. We are the first ones to find lumps and oither abnormalties and can recommend you to proper Dr. as needed. You'd be suprised at how the body can repair itself, given the right methods, non-invasively!!!!!!!!
