my phone do not allow me to upload a photo it froze up and then i had to shut the program down to restart . Other programs allow you to upload through your phone but not this network why?

the pics that i upload seems to be lost once i log in back to my acc...any idea y?? and i cant access the chatbox....theres no chat room to choose from....
