i would like to request you to add an "engaged" option to the private chat options, coz sometimes i am chatting to someone and dont want to double chat and when someone else asks for a private chat, it would be more polite for him to receive an engaged answer back rather than think that you refused to chat with him. i hope you consider my suggestion. thanks
