Reply from JB0617 on Mar 3, 2013: I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I've emailed my pic from my smartphone twice and tried emailing them asking for help. I get the response letter back they are under staffed. How do we get our pics posted if they aren't going to help us? Other than this issue I like this site. However; we all know without a pic we'll be over looked.
