I'm looking for a virtually unknown documentary film. September 23, 2010

It's called "Final Asylum: The Closing of Philadelphia State Hospital". I've been looking for about 3 years and I am at a loss. I know that it was supposedly filmed by a company that supposedly no longer exists, & that it was paid for & is owned by Temple University. It was created so that the school would have something of concrete value to show to its psychology students; that's realistically who the film was made for and is meant to be seen by. There has been talk on a few different sites around the web of a few ppl who have commented about having their copy but, no mention whatsoever if they are actually sharing it and they, so far, haven't responded to inquiries about doing that. I know that metrodate isn't exactly movie central, by ANY means...but, I have already left questions on the various movie & film sites around the web with no responses, along with the inquiries sent to those who say that they have a copy of this film, and I honestly don't know where else to turn. Certainly, this couldn't hurt! Please reply on here with any knowledge of this documentary film. Thank you!
