I know most of you are wondering what does this guy mean{music in the blood}.my father is a great musician,he sings and plays guitar,my two elder brothers they play keyboard,guitar and drum sets and also they sing,the same which applies to me.its interesting but all i can say,i thing we inherited music from dad.

i agree whi what joaquin2 said and can totally understand his viewpoint, but as a record producer i can tell the difference between synthersized or vocoded instrumentals that have been cut to a 4/4 and looped repetatively, and good tight production. some of the best producers of all time are about at the moment, who fuse old style composition and chord structures with modern bass or electronic techniques of production and mixing. like william orbit, timbaland, chemical brothers, fatboy slim etc.

My already low opinion of popular music is compounded by the fact that technology has made it possible for crap to be synthesized by anyone and disseminated broadly. This does not bode well for the craft of songwritng or the pursuit of musicianship in more traditional genre's. I'm not merely a snob,however: music could potentially survive as a fusion of the old and knew and not merely collapse into a deconstructed mess.
