I like to believe that I learn from my pets! Remember the WHISPERES? Kinda like that. Speaking under my breath is more in tuned to them. LOL Kat

I have always had Labs. I took a chocolate lab/short hair shepard mix off my friends hands, because she chased their chickens. I have never had a problem with labs before, but she chews up everything. So i bought a XL cage for when at work. (My other dog, a sheppard/sharpei mix has no problem with the cage. Needless to say, I came home from the tanning bed, and the cage was mangled. I think this dog has "chlostrophobic" issues. I have never see a dog so desperate enough to chew and actually bend a wire cage. I have been told to spray vinegar in areas you don't want her to chew. Any suggestions.

Hello everyone, I have a bossy black cat named Allie. This morning she was so upset, because I wanted to sleep in. She meows so loud that there is no way to ignore her, but I love her. She has been kind of restless lately. I have been trying keep her entertained by playing with her more. She walks around the apartment meowing loudly over and over.

Lady Love, "Papillon" is the French word that equates to "butterfly" in English. French lesson is concluded. (^o^)
Labs are the best, border collie needs some prozac...

I've owned 3 labs in my life my first was a chocolate named snickers, i was young, she was forced to stay outside buy my father, but she loved us purely anyway. Labs are the best most loyal and loving companions ever next was flip flop, my and my mom's golden lab, right before she left my dad, she is the most loving dog ever, and is really good with my child next cali, brown labrador, a bit of a scardi but, afraid of things that might collapse on top of her even if they have no chance of doing so, semi afraid of water next is apallo, my dog i got with my x, he's a ball of fun, loyal, an loving, but a bit too hyper and thus a big pain in the booty, woulodn't trade him for anytning though! i've also lived with cats (miss boogar) guine pigs (miss guedo) and blue tounged skink (miss frankie too!)

I like the way you put it - it is actually quite true when you think about it.....when you love them, they own you. I fight to get into bed at night, especially in winter...boy its an effort to find my place! As for my lap, well no wonder I don't see the rolls developing, my lap is always covered with cats (not just one, but two to three).
