Nine countries have significant nuclear arnsenals. All signed non-proliferation agreements and allow inspectors to meticulously tour their facilites - except Israel. Israel refuses inspections or to sign no-proliferation agreements. Why?

i must admit, i am not a big fan of gw bush or of jf kerry. However, having family members that escaped the Nazis and sadly some that did not, i am offened by the fuher bush reference.
