God destroyed the world when men sinned and fall short of his glory and i once couldn't figure out why? But recently i marveld at his creation: when i look out I wonder who this God really is! and what drove him to love us soo much and give us all even his beloved son.

In the movie titled "Barabbas" starring Anthony Quinn, she said Jesus said "Love One Another" Yet people in the world today are not doing that. Jesus told us in Bible to be "light" and "salt" in the world, yet we are selfish, because as salt we should brighten others lives and we don't. In Mathew 5:16 get the book "The Trouble With Jesus" by Joseph M. Stowell.

I've read a couple hundred of the messages and began to wonder... don't people read William James' The Varieties of Religeous Experience anymore? I've found this a helpful work in working toward greater acceptance and understanding of the universalities among the faiths. Anyway, I'm a protestant (American) and I live in Pakistan, which is 97 percent Moslem. I've found it puts a crimp in dating. Anyone interested, write to me.

My name is Martin. I am a Born-Again Christian, having been baptised in a Chinese Church in Canada. I have Protestant-Evangelical background and have also grown with Pentecostal Full Gospel Faith in Seoul South Korea. I am in Yokosuka-chuo, seeking a Christian Church and Fellowship to attend and be part of. I shy away from LDS, and do not want Jehovah Witness, or other extreme religions. I hope you can help. Your Brother in Christ. Martin

The main purpose of religion is to be able to find peace in an otherwise troubled world. think the reason we can't find peace is because you carry the turmoil inside us. Sure, the world isn't going to be wonderfull just because we see it that way, but it will be worse if we imagine it is. ...So, what am I saying? Just "be happy" no matter what? No, but, recognise what is harming you from the outside, and what comes from within. You can't controll the world, but you can change yourself.

salaam/hello.being a muslim i believe christians and jews to also be people of the book which means there must be a connection between muslims, christians and jews and we are not all that different as some believe.the only thing that seems to have changed for me is that as the holy koran is recited by heart since the beginning i believe that the other two holy books (bible and torah) have been altered over time.only my view sorry if i offended anybody.take care and gd luck with your searches.Allah hafiz, bye.
