i have bipolar and type 2 diabetic. I am 43, recently divorced (after 5 years of seperation) and looking for new female friends for coffee, chats, and companionship... see what happens after that. I not a game player or user. I would like to meet some1 new. Developing a relationship/freindship/closeness 1st before any sexual relationship

I saw in the choices when we registered there are two items you can chose for your religion, one is christian and the other is protestant. Who can tell me what's the difference between them? Thanks you!

Well, man have made up the denominations. Christian is the overall description, whereas protestant, pentacostal, babtist or any other are so called denominations of christians, which basically put some higher importance on certain parts of the scripture compared to others. Protestants origin from Martin Luther, who realized that the catholic church did not apply the original gospel, but used to to gain power and to control the people. From the protestants many other denominations again derived, but the statement protestant itself indicates that you do not belong to the traditional and humanistic orientated kind of catholic church. Being born again has nothing to do with re-incarnation. After we die we will faith our judgement day. Being born again is refering to our spirit. When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of eden, they did die spiritually. Spiritually death is seperation from God. They did even themselves hide before God after having sinned. Every baby born is dead in the spirit before God. The spirit has to be born again and that happens when a person realizes that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the Cross to pay of the punishment for the sins he commited in order to be able to be in the presence of God. When the person accepts that and commits His live onto God, then God puts His spirit in His new born spiritual baby and has now a personal relationship to his adopted baby and through His Spirit and His word he teaches the baby to grow. Only born again Christians are actually Christions. Christianity by tradition or on the paper does not make anybody to be a christian. Their are protestants who were raised in the tradition and know about God but have never had the personal encounter with God and did not commit their life in the Lord hands, so they are not born again. But there are as well born again protestants, which love their Lord and Savior with all their heart, all their soul, all their strength. To conclude, it doesn't matter to much about the denomination itself, but about the personal relation a person has to God through Jesus Christ and how this directs his life. God said, my sheep hear my voice, we can check ourselves by this scripture. Blessings

Many thanks! I am a born again christian.I commite my life in the Lord's hands. I am willing to love our Lord and Savior with all my heart, all my soul, all my strength. I hope God direct my life and guide me to grow. It's so wonderful to entrust one to the Lord's hands. I even cannot find words to express my gratitude to Jesus Christ, my God!

That is why we become to be brothers and sisters as we have the same father after we have become born again. Do you know the books of Watchman Nee. Very good books he wrote going into the depth of the scriptures and the application of it in our lives. Blessings

When Jesus will return, he will be seen in the clouds, from the east to the west. He will not be born as a baby or come silent and teach us again, next time is to defeet His enemy who will roar war against Israel....
